I like metal/rock. this are most of the bands that I like: metallica, firewind, megadeth, pantera, death, system of a down, slipknot, slayer, AC/DC, rise against, bullet for my valentine, etc.

I like almost anything, from Blink 182 and the Prodigy to Johnny Cash and Elvis.
I say almost anything... I don't like Contempry Jazz and Musak (that turgid shit played in lifts and Tescos).

Fan of 80s stuff (GNR, Metallica, Poison, Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Skid Row, Motley Crue, etc)
some 70s (Led Zep, Black Sabbath)
90s (Nirvana, Soundgarden, Rage against the machine, Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, etc)
2000s (Audioslave, Marilyn Manson, etc)btw, the Poll above ... metal and rock seems the same to me.

Time to revive another forgotten thread to feast on new thread brains!
At the moment, I'm not listening to much of anything. Music is pretty terrible at the moment. To me anyways.
Just the other week a buddy of mine is irking the hell out of me to listen to something called Pumped Up Kicks, I think that's the correct name, I finally listen to it and it sounds like something a bunch of hobos under a bridge came up with! The worst part about it, other than my friends poor taste becoming more obvious by the day, is that it's a popular song! A crap load of people actually like it.
And OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, don't get me started on the current state of Hip-Hop!

MemberUm I'm sorry but the only music I really listen to are video game music, anime music and Billy Joel XD I don't really like lots of these mainstream music. I also like classical but haven't listened to those in a long time. I also liked lots of songs from animated movies. I have tons of Disney soundtracks and some oddball ones like Animaniacs, All Dogs Go to Heaven and such.

MemberNo problem, ElZhi was part of Slum Village although he didn't work with Dilla that long. He's an emcee's emcee, probably the most lyrical dude you've ever heard. Check out his latest free project Elmatic. DTMD is old school boom bap with a fresh take. Blu is pretty varied but I recommend most of his early mixtapes. Uncut Raw is the most underground out of them, I'd describe them as lo-fi, dusted, grimy, and blunted hip hop.

I'm mainly into Metal, Punk and Ska-Punk.
Favourite bands at the moment are in no particular order
Opeth, Skyclad (Walkier era), NoComply, Capdown, Sonic Boom Six, Streetlight Manifesto, Finntroll, Suidakra and The Lawrence Arms.
I also got to a pick a little of the music on Vibes. Hence the prescence of Sonic Boom Six in the game although I think Igotmy9million chose most the songs on there.
