Puzzle Quest is probably the best, but it's a little buggy. It's also an RPG, and by the end of the game, the Match 3 aspects don't matter as much, as you'll constantly be using spells.
There aren't actually many traditional Match-3 games. Bejeweled 2 (not a mini) and Jewel Keepers :Easter Island (which is okay, but not great). That's why I was really looking forward to PQ2. I like match-3 games, but playing them on a computer, even my laptop, is overkill.
Gold Rush is an okay variant,. Vempire is a Match-3 twist game, but I can't stand it.
Mad Blocker Alpha is a good arcade style matching game, so is Block Cascade Fusion (in that you match 5 in a row)
