Well I'm hoping the opposite. :P Since I'm already planning on getting it. To me it looks similar to Trine and I rather enjoyed that some hopefully I'll enjoy this. I'll tell you what I think of it tomorrow.

Completely forgot about The Last Guardian. I'm a little worried about that one now that I've seen some teaser footage in Qore. It looks like it might be a little too Tomagatchi.
Add The Last of Us for me as well.
If Where is My Heart makes it to Vita I'll think about it, but I'm with you Onmode, that price tag is a little steep for a platformer I'm gonna beat in an afternoon, unique or not.
Is FF Type-0 the new tactics game?

Dammit, just watched the Gravity Rush trailer, finally. Add it to my list. Though most of the screens and videos look to be renders, not proper in game shots. Did no one else notice the lack of HUD?

No, I didn't get chosen for the beta. Preordering gives you access but I don't want to preorder so early. I heard about the crashing issues but one of my friends did manage to play it a bit.
Oh I want to add Primal Carnage to the list. It has promise and it has a dog too so chances are I'll probably get it.

How do you mean? Also, it's "Tamagotchi," presumably because it's derived from the Japanese word for "egg," which is "tamago." Heh, if you want a fun mnemonic device to help to remember that the first two vowels are 'A's, use this: "Constant pestering from my Tamagotchi drove me to Alcoholics Anonymous."

No, it's the game originally titled as Final Fantasy Agito XIII, the PSP entry in the XIII family. Came out late last year in Japan, rumored to be in the works for a Western release, though perhaps as a PSV game.
So, Balrog, how's the Who game? A Joystiq commenter wrote of the game, "Dreadful animation, dreary gameplay, some of the poorest implementation of a 'stealth mechanic' I've ever seen etc." Read that with the voice of the Sixth Doctor in your head; it really fits! :D
"Khan" really works well stuck into the Ni no Kuni title, because the "Ni" bit is the word "two."

Freelance, you're the first person I've heard of to pick up the Walking Dead game. I tried that Sam and Max game from Telltale and don't want to play anymore. Is it any good? The show was so bad after reading the first 5 years of the comics, I don't hold high hopes for the game. The dev interview released through PSN did make it look promising mind you.

I played 1 ep of Monkey Island (planning to play more in the future as I have the set), most of Sam and Max (I love Sam and Max but the Telltale games aren't as good although Season 3 is promising. I haven't finished that season yet though) and the 1st ep of Walking Dead.
TWD is better than both games (although it's not fair as I barely played MI and have yet to determine if it's good). It's not your standard adventure game though. It's more of an interactive movie where you make random decisions at some points. The puzzles are not weird ones, but logical ones for surviving zombies. For example, you need to pick up a pillow to kill a zombie with. Okay that sounds illogical now but when you play it you'll see how logical it really is. I don't see how a fan of the comic will not like this game. I actually like the voice acting and the story-bob.
P.S. The show is horrible.
I honestly have no desire to play the Walking Dead games. I downloaded the demo weeks ago and just haven't wanted to play it. I'm more of a baseball bat to the head kind of zombie game player. The visuals are kind of a turn off for me too. They don't really fit the Walking Dead vibe.
Of course, I'm basing my expectations from the show, so that could have something to do with it. I'll read the comics one day, just not now. I don't want anything to potentially spoil season 3 for me. I'm not even going to look up anything about the show online this time. Those little comic bastards ruined it for me as far as Shane last season, but they won't do it again this season.

Well the game is based on the comic (its storyline is from the comic too but with new survivors while Rick's still in the hospital) and uses the same art style as the comic so to say they don't fit TWD is pretty strange. The game has a lot of the comic vibe with its story, characters and such. I personally prefer this as a zombie game compared to every other zombie game out there where you're basically Rambo headshotting every zombie in sight. That's not even remotely realistic in which TWD is. Lots of people who complain about the game are the same people who would rather shoot zombies with a billion guns so if you're one of these people, this game is not for you.

That's why I said I was basing my expectations from the show. I haven't read the comics. My experience with the franchise is through the show.

Zombies aren't exactly the most realistic thing you could come across, honestly. They could have gone the Resident Evil route and still done alright. It's kind of hard to get into a Zombie game, when all you do are quick time events. That doesn't really strike me as scary. Traversing down creepy corridors, or deserted areas not knowing when something is going to claw the crap out of you, ready to crowbar a Zombie in the neck, just seems like a better time to me. I prefer a more interactive experience.

Maybe not quite to the extremes we like to take them to, but a high potency rabies virus would function in the same manner, mindless aggression, no sensory perception to pain. All that's left is an extreme coagulant so the zombie doesn't bleed out, and some kind of glucose blocker or mitochondria recycler to leave them living on minimal blood sugar and oxygen levels. Deff'ly plausible.

In that case, I would rather know how to roundhouse kick a zombie, instead of waiting for prompts to start flashing tell me how to avoid death!

I'm pretty sure I've read that both of these are coming to PSV. It may not be official, yet, but I recall both of these having been spilled by retailer signage or Web domain registration.
The word "Ys," by the way, has no apostrophe in it. From what I understand, that apostrophe came about due to a mislocalization somewhere years ago. Officially, the word is just the two letters, and it's pronounced to rhyme with "piece."
Yeah I think it's been unofficially confirmed. (If that makes sense.)
