8 bucks wasn't too bad, so I went ahead and downloaded it. Very slick looking game. Double d is going to find out the hard way that I'm God awful at chess! This is the kind of game 3G is perfect for. I may reactivate my service if my buddy buys it. Add it to the ever growing list of games that feature release day DLC. Vita seems to be the Queen (yes, Vita is a lady, a sexy lady) of release day DLC.
I'm waiting on the Resistance demo to finish now. Probably won't get a chance to play it until I get to work though. I won't be buying the game anytime soon, but if I enjoy the demo it'll be added to the must get list.

I was wondering about your first two moves, lol. I personally don't care to much about DLC. Unless it has trophies... Then I care! And after I care I buy it. DLC with trophies is my kryptonite. ;-)Posted 11 months ago # -

I don't know why, but not matter how hard I try I can grasp the intricacies of chess. I know most of the rules, some I keep forgetting, and I know how every piece works. But when it comes to strategy, my mind comes up blank. I can think one or two moves ahead and then my mind is like, wait, wha!?
It's the opposite of how I usually am. I always think ahead, and I avoid anything that puts me at a disadvantage. I'm good at reading people, and I'm purposefully unorthodox so that it's hard for people to figure me out.
Why none of that translates to chess, I have no idea. I still enjoy playing the game though.

Broham, I have been impatiently waiting for Gravity Rush and Lollipop Chainsaw for a long time now. And for them to release on the same day is a glorious event. Metal Gear Solid HD is not high up on my OMG it's finally here list, but maybe now I can actually finish Snake Eater.
I won't be able to sit down and play Chainsaw until this weekend though, so it's going to be a LONG work week.
