Thankie much. Now to wait to hear what people say about it.

Also all of Open Emotion\'s minis got a price drop of a dollar.

OMG A SHMUP!!! Must...get.
Still want reviews on that stick man game though.
Ooo Gold Medalist sounds interesting. Would like to know ppl\'s thoughts on this game too. The PC had great olympic-genre games back in the day. I\'m guessing the game would be more fun with more than 1 person though.
Update: OMG I don\'t know what the heck I\'m doing in Bermuda Triangle. Trying to find some manual.

@ Freelance - I wrote this short opinion on Stick Man Rescue in this forum two weeks ago.
\"Stick Man Rescue has you rescuing stick men (duh) with a hover type vehicle while you try to protect them from obstacles. It\\\'s made up of short levels which make it suitable for a portable. I don\\\'t know the full price, but it seems worth it IF it sells for around $2. \"
I haven\'t gone back to it since, but people here have such varying opinions on minis, so it\'s hard to say. For $3.99 I personally wouldn\'t say it was worth it.

I\'m a little curious as to why now, at the very end of the PSPs life cycle, did they finally decide to release a Naruto game on the Store.
It\'s nice if you just have to have all the Naruto games, but they just got repetitive as all hell after Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2.
Posted 1 year ago # -
Heh, I was going to say that the presence of a Naruto game in the Store as an exclusive is an omen of the impending demise of the UMD, at least in North America. :P Of course, Atlus is supposedly releasing Gungnir and Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time on UMD this summer, so that may not be entirely true.

The Drop: Week of February 13th 2012
The road to the world wide Vita release is full of sexyness! Alot of Vita releases this week. Twisted Metal for the PS3 owners, and GTA IV is hitting the Store for you guys this week too. Not much for the PSP though, just a game that I doubt many people have ever heard of.
Posted 1 year ago # -
No price drops?
Posted 1 year ago # -
Won\'t know until they post the update on the blog.
Posted 1 year ago # -
I did some digging and discovered, as well as promptly lost the link to, a post that claims that the bonus Twisted Metal: Black included with the preorder will be a downloadable voucher, but the game will not be released on the PSN. Apparently they want to make this bonus truly exclusive...
I\\\'m more apt to believe everyone is wrong, and the game will be included on the disc a\\\'la Assassin\\\'s Creed Relevations.Anyone else have some more details? I\\\'ve given up googling for the day.

Poor conf, nobody here talks Twisted Metal. :( Sorry, it\'s just not my kind of game, though I\'ve actually played the first in the series before, almost 15 years ago.
Anyway, remember how we were speculating that maybe there would be a huge drop in PSP game prices in the PS Store when the PSV launched? Well, that didn\'t really happen, but it also sort of did. Here\'s what we got for this week (granted, the \"real\" launch of the system is next week, so maybe this is just the vanguard):
Astro Boy: The Video Game Digital (Price Change) (PS3) (now $9.99, original price $29.99)
Ghostbusters The Videogame (Price Change) (PSP) (now $4.99, original price $29.99)
Ben 10 Alien Force (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $19.99)
Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction Digital (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $29.99)
Ben 10: Protector Of Earth (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $14.99)(PS3)
Ben10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $29.99)
Dead Head Fred (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $14.99)
Despicable Me (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $29.99)
Gods Eater Burst (Price Change) (PSP) (now $19.99, original price $39.99)
Pq2: Practical Intelligence Quotient 2 (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $14.99)
Puzzle Quest: Challenge Of The Warlords (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $14.99)
Secret Saturdays: Beasts Of The 5Th Sun (Price Change) (PSP) (now $9.99, original price $29.99)Basically, D3 Publisher did a mass price drop operation on their PSP games selection (and the Astro Boy is indeed mislabeled in the original PS Blog post as a PS3 game). Actually, Ghostbusters is not D3\'s, but I can\'t remember if Atari published the PSP version themselves or had Sony do it. Oh, and ChaosRandom/Ofaliss/whoever else was interested, Gods Eater Burst has had its price halved, though that may not be low enough for you still. Also, *ahem* heads up on the Dead Head Fred price drop.
Posted 1 year ago # -
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! I won\'t be able to buy it until I get off of work and get home, but I can\'t freaking wait to buy Gods Eater!
Now I\'m waiting for a DoA Paradise price drop!
Posted 1 year ago # -
There\'s that many Ben 10 games? Wow. Ghostbusters sure had a big price drop. Nothing in the list that I want though.

Looking at the blog update, the little picture for GTA IV has \"The Complete Editio\\\" on it. But it\'s listed as just regular GTA IV, and the description is just for the main game, and doesn\\\'t include the DLC.
And on the subject of Rockstar, I\'m not sure what the hell is going on here...
L.A. Noire Complete Edition Bundle (Price Change) (PS3) (now $39.99, original price $34.99)
I\'ve heard of physical copies of games increasing in price and value, but this is the first time I\'ve seen it happen with digital games.
I wonder why Blazblue: Continuum Shift Extend is such a massive download? I know it has all the content from the console version, including the DLC, but 3.32GB seems a little huge for a 2D fighting game.
I\'m interested in Binary Domain, so I\'ll be downloading the 360 demo tomorrow. The game looks a little fugly though.
And I find the WWE 12 Kane outfit price change to be hilarious.
(Price Change) (PS3) (now $2.99, original price $Free)
Seriously THQ!? I\'ve seen better Kanes\' that people have made using the Create A Wrestler feature, and you want to charge 3 bucks for it!? On top of that MORE Saints Row The Third DLC. You guys need to get it together.
Edit - Never mind.
Grand Theft Auto Iv: The Complete Edition (Bundle) ($29.99)

Hells Yea! I sent an email about a week ago to D3 asking about the price. And I think O sent one a while back. Think it helped? Either way, buying this today!

@ Ofaliss:
When I downloaded BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Portable for psp, it was something like 850 megabites. BlazBlue Continuum Shift II increased to about 1 and a half gigs. Continuum shift II was the one that had all of the downloadable content from the console version of Continuum Shift, including a couple new chapters in Story & another exclusive mode. Continuum Shift Extended is supposed to have all the content from II & even more stuff, including 1 or more chapters recapping the events of Calamity Trigger. Furthermore, the Vita\'s more powerful hardware likely means that very little or no sacrifice was made in the transition from console to Vita, unlike PSP, wherein audio/graphical sacrifices were easily spotted.
If I were to own a Vita now, this & UMVC 3 would be my first games for the system, but I am not likely to own one for quite a while.Posted 1 year ago # -
You\'re probably right manslayer. If I take advantage of Target\'s 2 for 1 deal, which I likely am, Blazblue is one of the games I\'m likely going to get.
I don\'t know if it helped or not Random, but I\'m having a blast playing it! Don\'t forget to download the free dlc for it Random.

Fixing to snag it. Stoked about it. Been waiting a while for the drop. Also, I think I\'ll grab a Physical copy too. The PX has 6 copies left and I can get a price match. I just have to find the cheapest on the internet. If anyone sees any cheap, let me know. Around 20 is what I\'ve been seeing.

The Drop: Week of February 20th 2012
Just a few more days!
Posted 1 year ago # -
With this week\'s and last week\'s updates there\'s alot of stuff I would like to get. I recomend getting the Unit 13 demo if it has online co-op just so I could play some online Vita game with you guys.
Posted 1 year ago # -
I am a little curious about Unit 13. Hopefully the demo does have online co-op.
Posted 1 year ago # -
At least there\'s something I want this time, the SSX demo. I was put off by the trailers because it looked way too serious compared to their previous games but after viewing some gameplay vids today it doesn\'t look serious at all so I\'m confused. Anyway, I\'m gonna try the demo. SSX Tricky and SSX 3 rocked.
Posted 1 year ago # -
I played the SSX demo this morning, and it was pretty fun. It\'s not a day one purchase for me, but I\'m definitely getting it when the price drops on it.

Lucky you. Does Live update at a certain time? Nintendo always updates at noon for example. PSN is so damn inconsistent and annoying. Sometimes they don\'t update til Midnight!
Posted 1 year ago # -
im really tempted to pick up plants vs zombies... but $15 seems a little steep. That uncharted golden abyss dlc that wasin another post willl deffly warrant asecond playthrough. Don\'t need it this week, i want to beat the game bbeforei useaguide but am excited nontheless.

Freelance, I don\'t know what time they do it, but I know it\'s updated in the early am on Wednesday mornings. It has never been a time that I have woken up and Live was updated. And I wake up anywhere between 5-10am, depending on the circumstance.
PSN may be updated a day early, but they are so inconsistent with their times, it doesn\'t seem like that big of an advantage. I\'ve woken plenty of nights thinking I would be able to download a new mini or PSP game before I left for work that night, and the Store still hadn\'t been updated yet.
When Peace Walker released, I remember checking the store before I left for work at around 10:30 ish, no Store update. It wasn\'t until shortly after I started my shift (which starts a 11pm), that they updated the Store.
Same thing the day 1000 Tiny Claws was to hit the Store. Really looking forward to having on my PSP when I got to work, Store didn\'t finally update until after midnight I think.
Like I said before, Sony should just change it to Wednesday. They can keep up their \"Get to it whenever\" attitude and update it whenever Tuesday. Sure they\'ll still technically be unprofessional as hell, but we won\'t know that.
Posted 1 year ago # -
It seems like it updates late whenever I want something, and early whenever I don\'t. It also probably has to do with the size of the updates.
Posted 1 year ago # -
Looks like I\'m not going to be playing demo tonight. So frickin\' lame. Oh well. Tomorrow then. I watched Puss in Boots instead.
