It's really hard to choose because I've loved all the minis that I've played(which is most of them! ;-).
However, upon hard reflection these are the top three minis that have given me the most enjoyment and are my absolute favourite minis:

1. Coconut Dodge
-Would seriously recommend. It's my favorite Mini, and I own 20 other Minis. It really doesn't get the attention that it deserves. You would do yourself a favor by trying it out now!
2. Aero Racer
-AKA Rocket Racing. Awesome game by my second favorite Minis developer. Would seriously recommend this one also. Just plain fun!

@UltimateGamer, you and I must have similar tastes as those are my three favourites too :p
I can't really speak about Coconut Dodge for obvious reasons, but I've found both Aero Racer (Rocket Racing) and Fieldrunners to be approaching crack cocaine levels of addictive.
I've just bought Cubixx too, which is pretty cool, but seems to lack the extra dimension needed to suck you back in over and over.
3) Archibald's Adventures
I have to add a few points for Rake in Grass, as they sit just a few minutes ride from our offices :-)

Great design, great gameplay, great title :-)

This game is just mental (or am I?). I cannot stop playing it. The kind of game that you play for ten minutes before going to sleep, only to find out that it is already 3am ;-)

Even though the ending pissed me off.
2. Zenonia
It's a shame we likely will never see 2 be a mini.
3. N.O.V.A.
Anything that lets me shoot something in the face is a top 3 for me.

This is the most underrated mini EVER.
2. Pac-Man CE
I'm normally not a fan of Pac-Man games, but it's the only mini that has never left my PSP after I purchased it.

One of the best minis to date, no one can argue that.

Top 3 Minis? If I had my way it'd be
1. Pix 'N Love Rush (my fave Mini ever)
2. Pinball Fantasies (love pinball and this oldie still holds up even today)
3. Pinball Dreams (love pinball)
But assuming there is only 1 pin out involved, I guess my revised top 3 would be
1. Pix 'N Love Rush
2. Carnivores: Ice Age (hunting dinos is more fun but Ice Age is a little easier and I can actually manage to kill predators. I could never kill pred dinosaurs. They're soo smart for me)
3. Pinball Fantasies

1. ASS for 2 Bucks (I haven't played much of it but it's great from what little I played)
2. Pac-Man CE (Don't really care for Pac-Man but these mini sized challenges are trippy and fun)
3. Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter (good game but it's harder than Ice Age)
Mahjonng Artifacts 2 would have been a choice but I took it off the list as I have a similar game on the 3DS and the nature of the game makes it a better choice on that system due to the touch screen and stylus. It's a little wonky when played on the PSP.
I didn't add Zenonia either due to the clunky framerate. Good game though.

yep, that's why i'm still pissed about it. more than 5 months released in EU but not for NA. :(
at least there's the free flash version on Kongregate and stuff, but the PSP version had some new addtions and i want it. heck i think they put it on ipad or something but we're getting left in the cold in NA. :O

You know what I think? It's the whole 'kill yourself' aspect of the game. In NA ppl here are really intolerant over violence and a game that lets you kill yourself wouldn't go well here because they'd think it'd make ppl who play it wanna commit suicide or something. And then there's all the soccer moms who don't want to subject their kids to anything violent or sexual even though that'd prolly mess the kid up when he turns adult more than if he wasn't sheltered so.
Anyway, I bet that's probably it and we may never see it here at all but hopefully that is not the case.

you make valid point Freelance, but it's still just a game. those that applies things from games to real life like suicide are real fools. i'm still keeping my fingers crossed for it. at least there's great titles for the time being. Revoltin' Youth FTW!!!! Seriously the music in that game is awesome!!!

Why are people are so keen to lay blame on a dog than a kid? Because the dog can't explain himself. Same thing with games, music, TV, etc. They're merely scapegoats for all the evils in this world today. Yes, we know it's just a game but they don't see it like that and there's nothing we can really do about it. People will always find something to blame that's not themselves.
