I just bought this game on the PSN store and I must say that is really fun and challenging, it reminds me of ecoshift and Portal. Is well made and the music is quite good.

I like the Shift series as a flash game. I love it as Mini, this game is perfect for this console.

How many levels has? Has highscore table?
Posted 2 years ago # -
Yes it has high score table, and you also have the option to input your name for the high score table, and there is 120 levels of challenging fun =)

Sounds pretty good. I liked the flash game when I played it a while ago.

Every level has highscore table?
Posted 2 years ago # -
@djax Yes, every level has a high score table. You can even go back to previous levels and inprove ur current score. Also you are allow to save after a level is completed, so u wont have to start from level 1 over and over again.

And what is in highscore table? Time?
Posted 2 years ago # -
I bought it, its easy game, first 30 levels I did in 10 minutes... Probably in one hour I will finish game.
I found bug, when I am playing, then I select Quit, and then Play and select level, the game randomly freeze and reboot PSP.
Why is Score and Time in each level, I finished? How is computed Score? Is better higher or lover Score? And, I have record in Level 1 score 32, why when I do score 29, is not visible in Score table in this level, I still see 32.
I cannot uderstand Score counting in this game :-/.

I've just bought this game. I haven't had chance to play it yet, but the trailers look fun!
It reminds me of the Flash version of Portal: http://portal.wecreatestuff.com

If you know anything about scores and time, explain it to me, please...

I've so far reached level 70 (out of total of 120) after about 2 hours on and off play.
It's a great platform puzzler - definitely recommended if you like this sort of thing!
Like djax, I've no idea how the scores are calculated either!

Great, but very easy.... 120 levels is not much, because one level you complete average in 30 seconds...
Posted 2 years ago # -
I found the first 50 levels or so quite easy but I'm now finding that the later levels require more thinking (at least from me). There are a few that require careful jumping techniques and need several attempts to master. I'm up to about level 80 now!

I've just completed all 120 levels in the game. There are some tricky precision jumps to do in the last levels, which can be a little frustrating, however you do master them in the end and you do feel like you've had a challenge.
A very enjoyable game!

volcane, do you have a tip for level 81? I've got to what I believe is the end, but I can't figure for the life of me how to get to the floor with the door without hitting the spikes. Thanks.

@jvm
Are you referring to the tricky jump at the end? You need to position yourself right at the very edge of the black square/platform (so that your feet are sticking out over the edge) and then perform a upwards-leftwards jump onto the black platform that contains the door.
It took me many frustrating attempts to get that bit right as well but trust me you will do it in the end! ;-)
I've taken a photo of what I mean:

I think I'll get this game based on what you've said about it. ;)
Thanks volcane :DPosted 2 years ago # -
@thumbbandit
Cool! You're welcome! :-)

@volcane: Jeepers. I'll give it a try, but that's pushing it. There was one prior level which required this level of precision ... I was hoping I wouldn't run into another.
Thanks a ton.

@jvm
If it's any consolation, I think that one is the most frustrating of the precision jumps. There are plently of others to come in the next levels but they are a little more forgiving and some even test your airbourne trick jumping skills (making long jumps over spikes to/from moving platforms, that sort of thing).

Ok, so I started to play this game last night… and was instantly reminded of ‘Crush’.
Both games alter your perception of the level with a clever trick (in Crush it’s going from 3D to 2D).
I highly recommend Crush to anyone who really enjoyed Shift Extended. ;)P.S. sorry I have been offline for a while… but I’ve been (and still am) re-playing the “digital crack” that is Dungeon Explorer. :D
Go to 'pspdemocenter.com' for a free downloadable demo.
It's on the UK PSN (mine is on UMD), I don't know about other regions though.
For a lot more info about the game, go to ‘gamefaqs.com’.I hope that helps. ;)

thumbbandit, whats Dungeon Explorer like, when it was released on the store I fancied it, but never bought it.

See above.
It wouldn't let me post... so I edited my previous post.
Though now it's working... IT'S A MIRICLE!!!Posted 2 years ago # -

@thumbbandit
Just looked at some gameplay videos for CRUSH and read a couple of reviews. Wow - it looks awesome! I love the story and atmosphere as well!
I'm now going off to buy it from the UK PSN where I believe it is just under £12.
Thanks for the recommendation! :-)

Let me know what you think of it. ;)

@thumbbandit
CRUSH is fantastic! I've only made it to UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS so far but I'm loving the gameplay and atmosphere! The music fits in perfectly :-)
