Time to nominate the minis! List the minis you wish to nominate for each category. Since the same minis will likely show up if we pick just one per category, nominate as many you feel should have a spot in the category. After a few days I'll add them up and the top 3-5 per category will be the minis we vote for. If you haven't played a game in a specific category, please skip over it. onmode-ky: He said that only the most popular nominations in each category would go through to the proper voting stage, so you should probably vote for ALL minis, not just one's that weren't mentioned yet...

Mighty Flip Champs DX isn't available in Europe... and I have no objections if someone from the US (where it is available) wants to nominate it.
It should be all minis, remember these are just the nominations... who's to say they'll even make the final cut.

I'm just surprised no one has done it already TB.

You guys can vote for as many as you like per category, as long as you've played the mini. But again, only the top 3-5, depending on how many are available per category will move on to voting.

Now about voting. I'll start a thread per category with polls so we can vote on the winners. So the forums will be spammed at the end of the week. I'll set those up (probably) Sunday. It depends on if enough people put in their nominations, and we can get the 3-5 minis.

Now that I think bout it, Guilty Pleasure may have to be more than 3-5, since it's so objective. We'll see what changes will need to be made at the end of the week.

Haha other than Pix 'N Love Rush, all my noms are the ones nobody else picks so I prolly won't see many in the final list and thus I'd have nothing to vote for aside from the aforementioned title. That's the problem of having played only 19 Minis :D

That's a fair point onmode-ky.

We do try in terms of the structure of our games. The polish is something we aim to improve on and OMG-Z is certainly - I think - the most polished thing we've done so far.

Our giraffe-themed game is looking pretty sweet on that note. ;)

We do really try to hit the mark in terms of the structure of our games. Like anything sometimes we're more successful than others. I think our greatest strength is combining disparate mechanics into a new halfway-house of genres.

The polish is something I really want to improve on and OMG-Z is certainly - I think - the most polished thing we've done so far. Hopefully that'll be allowed to continue.

Our giraffe-themed game is looking pretty sweet on that note. ;)

I hate to come off as a douche, but...

A few of the regulars need to stop being lazy and nominate. I know a few of you still check the forums on a regular basis. Take 5 minutes out of your day and nominate.

The community has never been THAT big, but I know it's bigger than this.

And developers, what is the deal!? Get in here and represent your hard work! You guys can nominate too. Plus I know you guys love games just like we do, show appreciation to your fellow developers! What's the point of competition if you can't give props to your opponent on a job well done from time to time!?

O-man, you simply speaking your mind and i agree. it's not going to kill people to take a few mins to do this. i just copy and pasted some stuff and then made changes, but i did it anyway. if you don't participate then don't cry foul when your favorites don't make the cut or nothing, that's how it rolls.
