Monopoly isn't avaiable on the Portuguese store so I can't recommend it. But there are lots of good games on that sale:
* Zombie Tycoon
* Fieldrunners
* 5-in-1 Arcade Hits (if you only like 1 of the 5 games it's not worth buying it)
* Stand O'Food
* Tehra: Dark Warrior
Championship Manager 2010 Express will be also good if you like the football managing style...
I have 16 games on that list (only 3 at sale price, and 1 free).
I'd recomend almost all of them.
The 3 I got on sale were:

Bowling 3D
Bloons TD

Mad Blocker Alpha is on sale for the first week of release... not as cheap as these beauties but its brand spanking new XD

Yeah, I like Match-3 Games but Vempire just wasn't much fun.
Monopoly is good if you like Monopoly (and if you don't, then pass).
Tehra is pretty neat, Dynogems is fun arcade match-3 game, Sneezies is a fun time killer (kind of like popping bubblewrap), Fieldrunner is a good TD game. Mahjongg Artifacts is a great game if you like Solitaire Mahjonng (which I do).
