According to the Playstation Blog link Plants vs Zombies is coming out on PSN most likely just for the PS3 (probably with trophies too!) sorry PSP only owners.

I started this post seeking strategies for obtaining the "Alive and Planting" trophy where you need to survive 40 waves in survival mode. Fortunately just before posting I found a strategy which worked for me (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8Tya-ZOs70).
Now a measly ~1.5 hours later I finished the 40 waves of survival and... you would not believe the rage which was building up when the trophy popup didn't appear, I frantically started Googling before finally discovered you don't get the trophy until you actually lose. >:|
Now all I have left is the "Enlightened" trophy before I get the platinum. :D
To anyone who has the game, I challenge you to survive 40 waves of zombies coming at you, it gets incredibly intense after the first 10-20 waves and if you take your eyes of the screen too long it can be really hard to mend the damage. The worst part is just watching the zombies chew through your all your plants while you wait helplessly for them to recharge or obtain another sun.

I survived up until wave 46 I think. After about wave 20 the lag gets a bit horrendous. How long did it take you to get the lucky spin trophy? It took me about 3 hours to get, but I heard they patched it to make it easier...Posted 4 months ago # -
Just got the last trophy bringing my platinum count up to 4 and 100% count up to 5... and all but 1 of those were earned in the past 2 months. :D
@DarthDanMan: I got the lucky spin trophy after it was patched, as I recall it took about 10 minutes to get. I ran out of patience trying to get that trophy before it was patched. Strangely enough that was the only change made in the patch, I guess PopCap must have got a good number of complaints about that trophy. :P
@Sniper D. Luffy: Survival mode will indeed quite likely piss you off, especially as you get close to your 40 waves only to have a swarm of the Gargantuar's knock out an entire row of plants. You should give it a go if you have time though!
