M(P)SMP cause they took an old genre and infused it with awesomeness (probably), plus it's one of the first minis to make me play till my hands were sweating alot.
Space Shooter for 2 bucks: Most ground-breaking because it set a standard for lower prices and has the most voice-acting, (Over 20 minutes worth if I remember correctly).
