I remember a while ago gameloft said that modern combat would be made a mini. Is there any more news on that? I checked gin and the release date is still TBA

For some reason, the bigger the publisher, the more secretive they are with release dates and such.

That's because they tend to scrap a lot of games before completion. :(

Yeh, plus I think that the larger publishers have more entropy in their business/development processes which inevitably leads to changes in such things as release dates.
