I am looking for more Mini-games based games on PSP. I think I have almost all of them, I'm not sure. I'm talking about games where you play a series of mini-games only, not full games with a few mini-games in them. I'll give a brief review for each one that I have.
WTF: Work Time Fun. I don't like that you can't play games in a fast series. You kind of pick a game. The way to describe these games is intentionally tedious and repetitive. It has this extreme thing going for it that makes it kind of funny. You have to cap pens, or spend 10 minutes making a pot, and you may make 75 cents or something for it. You can use the money to buy little toys, a system lacking in most minigames. Still, you have to be in the right mood for it, I'd call it a novelty game.
Dr. MiniGames. Yes I bought this cheap Warioware clone. I don't play it much, not sure why. I think it lacks appeal of some sort. I need to play it more to be sure. EDIT: I played it again just now, and found it sucked so much compared to HOT PXL I just deleted it. It's bare bones to be sure.
HOT PXL. In British terms, this is the only "Proper" mini game game I've found, in that it has tons of games, fast, and difficult, difficulty settings, and I like it a lot. I wish it had more of a reward system like WTF. You just unlock stuff, very quickly it seems. I think this game is underrated. It's like warioware for teens or adults. It's also very funny.
Anything I'm missing?
I know there's Ape Escape Academy, I don't have that one.
