VvW: Angels Of London

Mecho Tales
Man that's a tough choice. Those 3 games look really fun. But I decided to vote for VvW: Angels of London, just because it reminds me of all the classic horror movies and the wolf looks like something Rob Zombie will keep around him. Anyways, Mecho Wars and Mecho Tales definitely look original and fun.
That was a hard choice, because they all look good. I went for VvW in the end because I'm feeling Halloweeny ;-)
What's the difference between Mecho Wars and Mecho Tales
Mecho Wars is a turn based strategy.
Mecho Tales is a action platformer.
Ok sweet. I will probably buy all three games! They all look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and it looks like by the screenshot of Mecho Wars on the Home page of this website, that there is gonna be multiplayer. What's that going to be like? Do you use two psps, by game sharing or whatever, or do you use one psp and just take turns using it?
since minis don't allow adhoc or online, it will be all on one PSP :)
I'm gonna say, Mecho Tales,
I've yet to see a really good 2d platformer on minis (actually, apart from locoroco, psp in general)
and it looks like Mecho Tales is gonna deliver it.
@Luc Bernard
Dammit. Why won't Sony let you mini developers create games, that are multiplayer with the use of two psp!?!?
@Hellboy
I didnt even know you could put that many exclamation points on one line.
I like the look of Mecho Tales better.
Will probably buy Mecho Tales day one, already have Mecho Wars and I'm still not sure about VvW.
Seriously, Hellboy, lay off the caffeine. When you use that many exclamation points, it makes my browser want to scroll sideways even in full screen mode (on a widescreen monitor). As for why Sony doesn't let Minis include multiplayer features, that's part of how the submission process for Minis was simplified. Networking features (like multiplayer) require more testing and thus more time for Sony approval. Now, if enough of the Minis developer base raises a stink about it, maybe Sony will relent, but for now, that's why that restriction is there (or so goes the company line, anyway).
Carson, I'd say Freekscape was a successfully produced 2D platformer. Have you played it?
I think I'd go with Mecho Tales out of these three. I have enough turn-based strategy games. Go, Valkyria Chronicles!

@onmode-ky
Sorry about that. I'll start drinking decafe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Hellboy
When you starting?
Tomorrow..... Just for the record I don't drink coffee.
well I don't think Network support is needed for minis, plus having them on PS3 well makes things very complicated network wise
I'd get VvW, but only because it has werewolves in it. what kind of game is it anyway?
@luc bernard
bit difficult for me to decide based on a few pictures. they all look nice.
still can't figure out how VvW is played. think i read somewhere that its turn-based strategy?
it'll help if there are more pictures or a video posted.
what happened to steam pirates anyway?
I've yet to see a really good 2d platformer on minis (actually, apart from locoroco, psp in general)
There are quite a few in the PSOne Classics section though (Abe's Odyssee, etc)
can archibalds adventures considered as platformer?
thats good too.
Archibald's Adventures is AWESOM!!!
@Solo the Hutt
SteamPirates cancelled plain and simple, the publisher behind it well I can't mention just it's cancelled
Ok take back what I said about likeing Mecho Tales the best, after seeing the trailer for Mecho Wars. I would probably like Mecho Tales more if it was based in History but I guess then it would be to much like History: Engineering an Empire.
I can't wait for either of the mecho games. I downloaded mecho wars I my mom's iphone and it was really fun!!! Good job to your company (I don't know it's name.) Luc Bernard!!!
