Hi Guys,

We are looking for 1 or 2 community writers to come on board our team. The pay is zero but you will be given access to some PSN accounts that have most of the past Minis on them, and all of the future minis.

You will be expected to remain active and do a couple of posts a week. Either news items or reviews.

So if you are a budding games journalist this is a good opportunity to get your work published on the web.

If you are interested, please send me an example of your writing (preferably games related) using the contact link on the home page.

hi Chris,

if its absolutely essential that another person come on board, id be willing,
ive written a couple reviews in the past (though i dont know if i still have them),
however, Ive mentioned countless times before, that i currently do not have high speed internet access at home, so i wouldn't be able to write reviews on the latest games immediately after their release, but i think i might be able to do comparisons of existing minis with each other or other games,
if you would like me to send a past review to the contact link, (although the reviews i did write were written about a year ago, so it wouldn't be recent) i can.

I'll help if you want me to. Although I don't really have a history of reviewing games, it's something I think I would like. However, could I do it from home? And if so, assuming I join your team, would I be able to re-activate my PSP to play games I downloaded? I'll help if you want me to, although like I said, I don't really have a history of reviewing. And I do have high-speed internet, so I could do reviews pretty much instantly. Thanks, Zach

as far as im aware you can always switch accounts (as long as you know the password), so yes if you want to play your games, you just switch back.
and i dont see why you wouldent be able to do it at home, how else would you do it?

I thought you could switch accounts...And I guess I wasn't really thinking back there about the doing it at home. I'm a little tired today..... :) But yeah, that's good that you can switch accounts. It would definitely be useful if I was accepted.

Another option would be to take simply review submissions from people to help pad out the main posts.

True, but the reviews might not be as good. If they get something (like the PSN account with the Minis), they might be more devoted. Also, reading the reviews and deciding which will make it on the home page would take more time then simply having another person write reviews. But yes, I believe what you said would work too. It's really up to Chris, though.

Thanks for everyone's response and interest.

I'm pleased to announce that we will be giving Jeremy the opportunity to be a community writer. At this stage we only need one, but should we need anyone in the future I will contact those who put up their hand.

appearently the positions been filled......
but that doesnt mean you have to stop writing reviews,
keep it up and you'd have the best odds for second pick.
