It would likely be localized whenever Xros Wars is released over here. Though, there were some Data Squad games that were never localized. So it isn't guaranteed.
What games are those? There's only one Digimon Savers game I know of, and it did get localized back in 2007. The latest Digimon Story game, Lost Evolution (2010), hasn't been localized yet but it's not related to Digimon Savers.
