   Splintering off from the discussion in another thread about artwork and alternate covers on the opposite side of game coverslips, here's a new topic for those. I have a now-outdated picture of all the PSP coverslips I have with inside art:

   Since that picture was taken, I've also gotten Ys: The Oath in Felghana, Ys I & II Chronicles, and The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, for a current total of 16 PSP covers with inside art. Publisher distribution: 5 from XSEED Games, 4 from Square Enix, 3 from Sony, 1 from Konami, 1 from Sega, 1 from Atlus, 1 from SNK Playmore.

   Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA's inside artwork is kind of fun, in that the game manual, when in place, keeps the picture complete thanks to the art on its cover matching the top half of the coverslip's inside art.

   I just included alternate covers in my slightly off topic post, and not cover art... looking at your collection above I recognize a few that I have in my collection also. ;)

   Yes, because all the other Final Fantasy PSP releases have white text on black spine. In order for the view of all the spines on my shelf to look more contiguous (all the FF titles are in one cluster), I displayed Dissidia with the Chaos side of the coverslip facing outwards.

   I think black text on white spine is the most common for UMD cases. At the least, it seems to be the default if the publisher doesn't choose to do something else.

   Is Valkyrie Profile any good?

   I liked what I played of it, at least (maybe 2 hours' worth, and then it went back into the backlog). Nothing earth-shattering, but it certainly felt distinctive.

   Speaking of Valkyrie Profile, its internal art is not an alternate cover, thumbbandit. I mean, the title would end up on the back of the case!

   I got valkyrie profile (psp) sealed. It's a difficult game I read. If you want to do it good for the first time you will have to use a FAQ. But I like it. It's cheap now. But if you buy it, play it at hard difficulty because you get acces to more items and dungeons. the easy difficulty is the hardest.

   I borrowed Valkyrie Profile from a friend, played it on normal, and was extremely dissappointed. My friend later told me that the difficulties are backwards, and really should have been labelled as speed of playthrough. After the 3rd chapter the new characters had maxed out skill points, or, more specifically, had lost over 100 skill points since there is a cap to the number of unassigned skill points any player could have.
   The game is definitely JRPG. You'll do nothing but grind for hours at a time. To each their own, but I would not recommend this.

   On topic: the only psp games I have with interior artwork are Killzone and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
