Wow, what a strange employment incentive to offer. Usually, it's a raise, no?
Here's what I myself have for the Wii that I got my parents:
- Dragon Quest Swords (first-person sword-swinging adventure, mostly linear; I was disappointed with the target lock-on requirement)
- One Piece: Unlimited Adventure (the best One Piece video game, at least among those released in the US; it helps that it's more RPG rather than yet another fighting game)
- Ultimate Shooting Collection (three of Milestone's NAOMI-originated vertically scrolling shooters, so probably not your thing)
- Castle of Shikigami III (vertically scrolling shooter with lots of voice acting and really bizarre storylines, for all 10 characters; probably also not your thing)
- Klonoa (remake of the PS1 Namco platforming classic)
I've also had experience with Sin and Punishment: Star Successor (Treasure doing its awesome-but-brutal thing, third-person rail shooter style), New Super Mario Bros. Wii (successfully reminded me that I've always sucked at SMB games), and Donkey Kong Country Returns (nice retro throwback, can be difficult).
