   hmm...even 30fps is low considering the PSP refreshes at 60Hz (60FPS)...I may have to get this one and see for my self how slow it is...

   I played it on the PS3 so didn't notice a bad frame rate. But I saw some lines around the speedometer that should have been masked out. Not sure how they weren't detected by the testing team. Maybe the PS3 up-scaling caused them to show and they don't show on the PSP. Either way, it showed bad production standards so wouldn't be surprised if there were other problems with it.

   Tearing is on PSP noticeable mainly on start, when you are start moving...

   It's turning that really seems to be the problem. As long as you go straight ahead, it's okay. But turning and it's really jerky, frame rate wise.

   Eh, Slitherine is really a strategy game company anyway (heck, they put out boardgames). And honestly, their stuff is a little budget quality anyway

    SONY do not have some kind of quality control of published minis? Anyone should develop game, which has similar issues, and make a lot of money on it? There are no demos of minis, so we cannot test it, before buy.

    The framerate really isn't that bad. Could be better, but that's not the only problem with this mini. In the first level, the truck gets stuck on the hill. It never makes it all the way up. I restarted the level 3 times only to get stuck in the same exact place.

    Sony doesn't have any quality control over any PSP game, I think. Certainly not for frame rate. Or bugs. Heck, their own LBP had to be patched right away.

    But I really doubt they are making a lot of money off of Ice Truckers. Especially as the game seems to be the complete opposite of the show (where they are real careful).

    Still, they need an in-store rating system or something, like I guess the Iphone app store does.
