According to a tweet from Hudson Entertainment, we can expect to see Creature Defense in the PS store tomorrow! No word on what terrritories it will be launching for.

Great news. I'm keen to play this one.
I'm still under the impression that it won't be a mini though. Would be a shame as I would like to cover it :(

It has all the pros and none of the cons of a mini
Anyways, the game is fantastic if you do play a lot of flash TD games. I've gotten at least 30 hours of gameplay from it so far and am still going strong!
Well, thats my big exciting post for the day. Great game! I'd recommend it to any TD fan

Glad you are enjoying it. I might just pick it up now as I started my love of TD games with the flash game desktop tower defence. 30 hours... Yeah that sounds about right. TD can be so addictive and time consuming. That's why I'm a strong advocate of fast forward button in TD games. Crystal defenders had the right idea with the X4 button.

All I mean by that (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that minis have pros and cons. I remember reading about it before the minis came out.
In order for something to be a mini it has to:1) Be less than 100 MB's (pro)
2) Be less than $10 (pro)
3) Never be allowed to get DLC (con)
4) Not allowed to have Ad-hoc compatibility (con)Also, Sony made some rules about the minis that made it more appealing to developers, but that dosen't apply to us so I'll leave that out.
So yeah, I said it's good that it's not a mini mainly because it has those two pros (it could have been over 100mbs and $20+) and now if Hudson want to make DLC for it they can.

Hey no problem. I was only joking. I understand completely and agree with all your points.
Let's just hope that Sony lifts the restrictions they have put on the minis in the future and therefore there will be no cons to them.
