Most of my import purchases have been from the previously mentioned Play-Asia.com, which is based in Hong Kong. They sell both Japan-region and Asia-region games. Actually, they also sell some US-region games. I have shopped at NCSXShop.com (and their associated preorder store, ShopNCSX.com), who are in NYC, as well. CDJapan.co.jp, an English branch of Japanese online store Neowing.co.jp, now offers Japanese games for sale, but I haven't bought any from them yet (though I've bought other stuff from them fairly often). I shopped at YesAsia.com a few times years ago, but their prices have generally not been so good. Amazon.co.jp would be a preferred seller if they would sell video games to American shoppers at all. :(
"onmode-ky" comes from a shutdown command for a certain database software.
Freelance, I have all the titles you listed except for the PSP remake of Star Soldier. :) What do you think of DariusBurst? I like it a lot, though I'm not too good; it took me several tries to beat Burst Mode, on the easiest path, and I stopped Mission Mode after making it through the first 2 sets of missions. Got harder and harder. . . . Also, do you have the Galaxy Fräulein Yuna Collection? That has that PC Engine [Something Something] Sapphire vertically scrolling shooter that's supposedly hard to find in its original form. The game has a hard-rock soundtrack, too, as I recall.
Salamander Portable is one of the spinoffs of Konami's Gradius Collection (released in Japan as Gradius Portable. It collects Salamander, Life Force, Salamander 2, Gradius 2 (the MSX game, not the same as Gradius II arcade), and Xexex. Bonus materials include each game's soundtrack, presented similarly to how it was done in Gradius Collection. FYI, the Salamander games take place in the same world as the Gradius games.
