Consider that "floppy disk" sounds like it refers only to disks you can easily bend, but those 3.5" floppies aren't very bendable (when I was very young, I briefly thought those were what "hard drive" referred to). JRPGs, again, generally speaking is mostly about level-grinding and plot (Final Fantasy, Xenosaga, Suikoden Persona etc etc.) Western RPG gives more liberty to the player on what they want to do (Elder Scrolls, Fallout).</p> <p>Be careful though, with these given parameters, my definition makes GTA: San Andreas an RPG.
