BounceBack Trailer

BounceBackTitle

This is a bit late, as the trailer was released back in June, but BounceBack is a title recently rated by the European ratings board, PEGI, and so is likely to be released soon in Europe. The ever industrious onmode-ky was able to discover an article about its origins, which reveals that BounceBack was created by a team of students at Sheffield Hallam University.

Shockingly for a game developed at a college, the gameplay video shows it has nothing to do with Ultimate Frisbee or drinking beer.

Portal was made by college student…i think… i don’t mind something new…even if it’s unlikely to release outside of EU (probably)

I guess I shouldn’t have spent all that time as a college student trying to build a time machine and should have made a video game.

Then again, the only computers we had at school were Vaxs

  3. onmode-ky says:

It may indeed be easier to build a time machine than a video game on a Vax.

  4. JeremyR says:

We also had Sun workstations, now that I think about it.

And in the Space Science department (where I was) we even had a C-64. But not just any C-64, one of the portable models.

  5. JeremyR says:

Also, I’m convinced that I did actually invent the time machine, but ended up using it to go back in time to prevent me from finishing it.

Actually that was just the video of gameplay footage sent to PEGI for rating purposes.

Hi, Jake, thanks for the comment here. Do you have a release date for the game yet? Also, are there plans for a release in other regions, outside Europe?

The new trailer shows off other characters, with other abilities. Sounding interesting!

By the way, feel free to join the PSPMinis.com forum and talk up your new game. We always appreciate it when Minis developers drop by to chat.
