Unfortunately, many Minis simply haven’t sold all that well, causing some developers to move to other platforms. Some have had huge success (Halfbrick and their Fruit Ninja), but for others, like Black Lab Games (Paul Turbett), makers of Star Hammer Tactics, success has still been elusive.

Alas, he seems to be shutting down the company and, as part of the process, is removing Star Hammer Tactics from PSN. Already gone in Europe, but still available in North America, presumably thanks to the slowness of SCEA.
