DynoGems – Upcoming Mini
Straight from the Developers mouth:
DynoGems is a super addictive and challenging puzzle game! Your objetive is to grab and group 4 or more diamonds of the same colour to eliminate them from the screen, until you fill the level bar. Pretty graphics, funny Music & FX, power-ups, great gameplay….You will love DynoGems.
Seems like it could make for some simple, pick up and play match 4 fun.
It’s already out on iPhone as are the rest of StormBASIC’s games. Who knows, this might be the first of a few games we see coming from StormBASIC.
Additionally, if the StormBASIC platorm is running on the PSP then it might be a good option for other developers looking to make minis. I’m not sure what the licensing costs are but I’m sure they are affordable.
So what exactly is the StormBASIC platform?

Looks interesting, but I’m more intrigued by their Alien Invaders 2 game. I’d like to see more old style Galaga/Space Invaders/Galaxian type shooters come to minis.
If this is cheap enough, I’ll buy it in order to encourage them bringing that over. (OTOH, if it’s over $4, forget it…)
The gameplay looks fun but I don’t like its looks. Kinda boring.
Also, I’m still holding my breath for a Critter Crunch PSP port. That’d be awesome.
Critter Crunch for the PSP would awesome. I found a recent interview with the developers where they mentioned they would be bringing more games over to the PSP.
