Mad Blocker Alpha: Revenge of The Fluzzles heads to the PSP

Patrick Murphy, CEO of Open Emotion Studios, announces that Mad Blocker Alpha (Revenge of The Fluzzles) will be ported to the PSP this Winter 2010. This will be the first mini being developed by the said studio. Here is their official statement,

The game is a re-thinking and expansion of the company’s first flash game, Mad Blocker. In Mad Blocker, we were limited with the amount of things we could implement in flash. We had ideas for much crazier blocks, special powers, multiple hi-res backgrounds, Animations and high quality sound. The PSP Minis platform gives us a chance to make the Mad Blocker game we initially conceived, however there will be some big revisions to the gameplay and of course the visuals will be overhauled too.

Mad Blocker Alpha: ROTF is a match 3 game/ block type game that will have twice as many block types from its flash game origin. You can click here to play the flash game. We’ll wait for the in-game screenshots/gameplay videos of this game before we could set our expectations.

The flash game is alright but not very interesting. But maybe the remake will be good enough to buy! Sounds interesting.

  5. Hey guys, Cheers for the article. Yeah the game will not really be comparable to the flash game as the amount of content and also alterations to the gameplay, are just so massive. Hope to have some in game screens and more coming your way very soon :)

  8. Thanks, Paddy! I’ll most likely purchase this. As said, the flash game isn’t bad, but it definitely needs some sprucing up! I’ll be looking forward to this.
