Futurlab Blog: Teasers

We got some sneak peeks from Futurlab’s newest projects. In their blog, there are two intriguing developments. One being an additional Coconut Dodge content, a Golden Viking helmet for Playstation Home, this will provide invincibility for the player in Coconut Dodge. Below is the draft as the 3D artist is still finalizing the models,

The other one is this mysteriously pouting woman, cast in a strong light and shadow!

Also we’ve received an additional news from Futurlab,

Coconut Dodge is also due for release very soon in the US, with a provisional date set for the first week of September. Coconut Dodge has been very well received in Europe, and James informs us that sales are now picking up each week as more people tell their friends about the game.

Looks like the future for the minis is good-looking as we are being bombarded with a lot of upcomings, teasers and trailers this past few days!

    Hi folks,

Thanks for posting this up – I should mention that the Coconut Dodge Viking Helmet is content for PlayStation Home, and does not provide invincibility in PlayStation Home… :p

    Cheers!

I’m really looking to the futurLab shooter.
Do they have a name for it yet…
maybe have a naming compatition (for the game or for the ship(s) or enemies or something) like Grip Games… just a thought. ;)

Waiting for Coconut Dodge’s release in the U.S. I am a spoiled American and not accustomed to this waiting for stuff after the EU release. :-)

We just passed QA 5 minutes ago :D

I’m working right now to try and get the US release THIS MONTH ;)

She doesn’t look like she’s pouting to me. I rather get the impression she just finished scolding the viewer, whose gaze is now lowered, away from eye contact, due to the blow to self esteem. I wonder if she might be a tsundere. Blonde hair . . . Sawachika, is that you?

I’m taking a wild guess here, but based on the image and what I can make out of her outfit, I’m picturing a hack n’ slash of some sort maybe? If so, for the love of God, please don’t let it suck as bad as Tera Dark Warrior!
