PlayStation Store Update – Two New Minis

store-update

This is the first of our weekly update posts. Every week we will be listing the new minis releases in each region.

This week brought the release of 2 completely new minis into the European region. Oceania played catch up with Europe’s releases last week and the US, well, they did…. nothing :(

It seems like the European classification organization, PEGI, has the quickest and most efficient review process and that’s why are the minis are coming out there first. The ERSB clearly like to take their time.

Hopefully this trend doesn’t continue and we start to see simultaneous releases in all regions for new minis.

Here’s the release list:

*Red = New worldwide

US Minis

  • …Tumble weed rolls through…

European Minis

  • Sudoku (£3.99)
  • * Yummy Yummy Cooking Jam (£3.99)
  • * Mahjongg Artifacts: Chapter 2 (£3.49)

Oceania Minis

  • Fortix ($6.95 AUD)
  • Pinball Fantasies ($8.45 AUD)
  • Brainpipe ($8.45 AUD)
  • Puzzle Scape ($4.95 AUD)
  • Alien Havoc ($8.45 AUD)
  • Bloons ($6.95 AUD)
  • BreakQuest ($4.95 AUD)

So the two new titles are Yummy Yummy Cooking Jam and Mahjongg Artifacts: Chapter 2. Expect reviews for these two titles shortly.

I think PSN rushed this weeks updates.
Because PS Home update has been delayed until tomorrow.

Actually the US releases above are based on their US blog post detailing the stores updates this week. They didn’t list any new minis.

So even when the store updates I’m pretty confident you won’t be seeing any new minis in the US. Unless they overlooked them when posting the update info on the blog.
